The participation fee includes:

| Hotel Reservation |

The Symposium Secretariat proposes a fine selection of accomodations, divided in three categories, to suit all participants' needs, guaranteeing special fares for Symposium particpants.
Early reservations are encouraged as rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Hotel reservation is now possible sending the Hotel Accomodation form filled.
Final deadline for the hotel reservation is March 1st, 2008.
Reservation after this date will depends on availability.
Confirmation of reservation will be sent by fax or e-mail. |

| Cancellation and refund |

Registration will be refunded less 50% if written cancellation is received
before 28th March 2008.
After this deadline no refund will be issued.
